We feel this department can help serve our community and employees in a unique, and diversified way that aligns with our mission statement: Mission: To serve the local businesses and people in the communities in which we operate by providing proactive customer relations. Alex Dearing will be serving this department in the role of our Service Development Manager. Alex came from Huntington Outdoors working for the past 8 years in various roles, but most recently as their leasing manager. Alex will be overseeing the Sales, Growth, Administration, and development of our Service Department. Mike Landes will be serving this department in the role of our Service Operations Manager. Mike came from Armcorp Construction serving as a Project Manager and Estimator for 9 years. Mike will be overseeing our Operations, service techs, and management of our Service Department. In addition we have brought on board (2) service techs to help fill an immediate need. Welcome on board: Wade Garhet Trenton Robertson We are very excited for the opportunities, positions, and future growth this department will bring for our team and the service it will be for our community. ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT- Accounting Department is celebrating the success of moving our Accounting Software to the cloud! This cloud migration will enable more real-time accuracy, and updates for our accounting team! SALES DEPARTMENT- 6 Projects with NEW Customers in Quarter 1. Growing our Diversity and Local Prescence! 16% of our Customers for the Past 2 Quarters have been with NEW Customers! Logan Schmurr has previous electrical experience and started as an Electrical Helper on January 30th. Isaiah Aslept is Tyler Thompson's brother-in-law who job shadowed here this past summer. We're excited to also have 2 S leep Outfitters in Springdale and Beavercreek and 2 Casey's in Troy and Hamilton. This quarter all of our employees have had a lot of opportunity to learn and grow as we continue to get busier. We've been able to continue to work as a team to adapt to the new demand. During these busy times we also wanted to make sure our team was safe - so we held a driver's safety training for all of our employees.
