in Dayton, and Service Company
in Tipp City.
We've added a few new employees to our team!!
Adam Alsept, Isaiah's uncle, joined our team on 4/28 and will be starting journeyman school this year.
Ethan Knoop joined our team on 5/22. He previously worked at Maid Rite and is excited to start in the electrical trade.
Daren Baker, Lester's brother, joined our service team on 6/6. He came to us from Armcorp and has 20+ years of experience in the electrical trade.
With the service crew expanding we've been able to add 2 new trucks to the fleet!

Some exciting things are happening in our employees lives and we never want them to go unrecognized! Tyler Thompson graduated from apprentice school and is officially a Journeyman Electrician. You're hard work and dedication has paid off - congrats Tyler!
Jordan Black graduated High School and we're excited to have him working full time! Dalton Dowler bought a house - congrats!
We've made big steps in helping equip our crew to have the best support possible. To help out with that, Kyle Wolcott has been promoted to Lead Forman in Charge of Quality Control and Timmy Gahret has been promoted to Lead Forman Field Advisor. We're excited to see y'all take on these new roles!
Shout out to Braden Hess and Aaron Crist for taking the time this summer to learn the trade - good luck at school this year!

This past quarter we had the opportunity to meet with our team during their career checkup. Our vision as a company is to grow our people.
